Office de la naissance et de l’enfance - The provision of early childhood care in the Walloon Region

The Belgian Court of Audit examined how the collective and home-based early childhood care - except that for children who need specialised care and for sick children - are organised in the Walloon Region. The purpose of the audit was to determine whether the system is properly managed and to which extent the childcare policy is financially sustainable for the public authorities.
