Report on the general accounts 2012 of the Flemish Community

The Belgian Court of Audit has audited the general accounts on 2012 of the Flemish Community. These general accounts were the first accounts according to the new accounts decree of 2011. The Court has also adjusted its auditing methods to this decree. Today it has presented its audit results to the Flemish Parliament. The comments of the Court not only concern the execution of the budget, but, for the very first time, the Court also comments on the information in the balance sheet and the profit and loss account of the Flemish Community, as well as on the consolidated results 2012 of the Flemish Community.
