Public procurement contracts of the Société publique d'aide à la qualité de l'environnement (SPAQUE)

The Belgian Court of Audit audited the public procurement contracts of SPAQUE. It found that SPAQUE has developed and implemented various internal control measures that reduce the risk of irregularities in its public procurement contracts: it has developed a relatively complete purchasing procedure, drafted model documents and established rules on delegation.
