In its report to the Federal Parliament, the Belgian Court of Audit has examined the quality of the government plan to fight against social fraud and dumping and coordinate the working of the inspection services. The Court has noted a number of shortcomings as regards the set-up and follow-up of the action plan: it lacks clarity and substantiality, and contains few action points and concrete objectives. Its follow-up provides incomplete information and the reporting to Parliament is hardly transparent.
