Jobseekers: employment policy implemented by the Walloon Public Department for Employment and Vocational Training

The Belgian Court of Audit audited the Walloon employment policy focused on jobseekers implemented by the Walloon Public Department for Employment and Vocational Training. On the one hand, it examined the measures taken by the Walloon Public Department for Employment and Vocational Training to facilitate the integration of jobseekers into the Walloon labour market. On the other hand, it assessed whether or not the choice of targeting employment policies according to the critical and shortage occupation indicator was relevant.
