Fedris - Occupational Accident Prevention Mission to Companies - 2024 Follow-Up of Recommendations

In its report to the federal parliament, the Court of Audit examines what follow-up has been given to the twelve recommendations it had formulated in its December 2021 audit. The Court of Audit then examined the two additional occupational accident prevention missions assigned to Fedris in 2009: establishing a premium differentiation system for occupational accident insurance and creating a system of aggravated risk companies. The Court of Audit finds that three of the twelve recommendations from 2021 have been met in 2024 and three are still in progress. Six recommendations were not implemented.
