Federal steering policy for the digital transformation of the justice system

In its report to the Federal Parliament, the Belgian Court of Audit noted that the digital transformation of the justice system has not been carried out satisfactorily and that its sustainability has not been guaranteed. The Federal Public Department for Justice has not fulfilled certain basic administrative functions. In addition, a transversal digitisation policy at federal level should coordinate the departments’ initiatives. The Court made recommendations to improve mastery and performance.
