Comments and Remarks on the draft adjustment of the state budget for the budgetary year 2022

In accordance with the provisions of Article 54 of the Law of 22 May 2003 on the organisation of the budget and accounting of the Federal State, the Court of Audit transmits to the House of Representatives, as part of its mission to provide information on budgetary matters, the comments and observations resulting from the examination of the adjustment of the State budget for the year 2021.
