Workforce planning and remuneration of the military staff within the Department of Defence

The Court of Audit publishes on its website the results of an audit on the workforce planning and remuneration of the military staff within the Department of Defence. The Court notes that the downsizing of military forces does not lead to a proportional reduction in wage costs. On the other hand, it considers that the structure of the military organization helps control human resources risks.
