Framework agreements by the Flemish Agency for Facility Management

The Belgian Court of Audit examined how the Flemish Agency for Facility Management (Agentschap voor Facilitair Management, which supports other Flemish public entities on service management) manages its framework agreements. The Court noted a number of shortcomings in the AFM’s working methods as well as a poor offer and customer-supplier management. On the other hand, the contract awarding procedure largely complies with the regulations in force. The AFM has taken measures in order to improve its management.
